I haven’t been great about regular posting lately….I missed the entire NCAA tournament and much of the NBA season!

As it relates to the NCAA tournament, congratulations to the Kentucky Wildcats. I didn’t have them winning my bracket because I thought their young age and lack of experience would have caught up with them. It will be interesting to see how many of their players are lottery picks in the upcoming NBA draft.

As it relates to the NBA season, it’s getting to be crunch time for teams jockeying for positioning in the playoffs — some teams are still trying to get into the playoffs, and others are trying to secure home court advantage for as much of the playoffs as possible.

I’m excited about watching the upcoming playoffs. No team has dominated the season, so it’s any number of teams that could be crowned the NBA champs this year.

Also, here in the Midwest, it’s nice to see the weather improving, with kids getting outside, replacing their basketball nets that have worn out over the winter season, and enjoying the great outdoors!
